Quiet attention through the tenancy.

Our relationship with a client does not end when keys are exchanged. We remain available through the tenancy period as a point of contact for practical matters — and we return at term-end to assist with renewal, renegotiation, or relocation to a different residence.

For clients in the Signature Heritage Programme, this ongoing attention extends to concierge support throughout the residency: introductions to household staff, assistance with practical matters, and continued access to our network across the city.

Clear fees, no unexpected additions.

Our service fees are stated clearly at the outset — from RM 2,560 for the Quiet Residence Search, through to RM 10,950 for the Signature Heritage Residence Programme. There are no fees added during the process that were not discussed at the beginning.

For clients who proceed from the search service to lease coordination, our fees are transparent and set out in writing. We believe that a client who understands what they are paying for, and why, is a client who can make a considered decision.

For Signature Programme clients, we prepare a written dossier for each shortlisted property — covering the building's history, architectural character, maintenance record, surrounding streets, and our own notes from personal visits. These are presented before any viewing is arranged.

Some of the residences we place clients in are not listed anywhere publicly. We have developed direct relationships with owners of notable buildings in Bukit Tunku and surrounding districts — relationships built over years, not assembled from a portal.

Owner liaison maintained through the tenancy

Rather than stepping aside once a lease is signed, Wira maintains a calm channel of communication between the resident and the building owner through the full term. This is particularly valued by clients who prefer not to deal directly with practical matters.
